    OPERATION UNDER CLIMATIC/HARSH CONDITIONS

a) CLIMATIC CHAMBERS

Testing capability:

  • hydro-mechanical or hydro-electrical servomechanisms, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for aircraft industry
  • hydroaccumulators
  • installations and devices for endurance, fatigue, environmental tests
  • fuel supply, air conditioning and pressurization systems
  • fine mechanics equipment
  • automatic systems
  • agriculture chemical spraying installations used on ground and airborne
  • mechanical and electro-climatic tests in the temperature range of: −60ºC..100º C

Measurements:

  • flow rate: 0...100 l/ min
  • pressures up to 315 bar (dynamic mode) and 1000 bar (static mode)
  • fluid contamination according to NAS 1638 and ISO
  • range force: 0...50 000 N
  • speed
  • range stroke: ± 125 mm
  • acceleration: 0...30 g

b) SHOCK AND VIBRATION TESTS, TESTS IN SALTED MIST ENVIRONMENT

Testing capability:

  • shock and vibration tests
  • tests performed in salted mist environment
  • test for checking the functional capacity (functional tests, performances, environment tests, endurance tests) various hydraulic equipment pumps, engines, valves, safety devices, hydraulic lacks, distribution systems, reduction systems
  • certification tests for mechanical-hydropneumatic equipment
  • tests performed on functional models, scale 1:1, of flight control systems and of the hydraulic installation (including the electric control and signaling installation) with or without load simulators in normal operation and in failure simulation transfer functions, time units, forces moments, pressures, flow rates, temperatures
  • tests on the functional models of the automatic subsystems (electro- mechano- hydraulic systems) with and without load simulators in normal and in failure operation measuring and recording the functional parameters — strokes, forces, moments, pressures, temperatures

A fully operational Quality System which is certified for the Aircraft Industry by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority

The machine used to shock is type TIRA SHOCK 4110
